KNOWING PALM OIL: FROM CRUDE TO REFINED

The transformation of palm oil begins with the collection of fruit from the oil palm tree. Initially, the raw oil, known as CPO, is produced through crushing the fruit and separating the oil from the fibers. This first product is quite different from what most people are familiar with and require
